Party Panda Valentine Treat Box

Hello Stampers!

I’ve been absent and I know it.  I’ve been busy doing tons of other things and not stamping like I should be, but I have managed to create another video tutorial for you.

“What has been keeping me busy?” you ask.  Well…I’ve been busy crocheting these messy bun hats/beanies that I’ve decided to sell in my online Etsy store.  I had a practice run with selling them last weekend at a local indoor garage sale and I did quite well, if I say so myself.  They are the latest rage for people with long hair.  And a few of us with short hair have been known to sport one on occasion as well.  It is easy for me to convert them to a regular beanie without the bun opening on the top and I’ve done that with a few.  My online Etsy store is called FancyforStampinEtc meaning I don’t only fancy stamping, but other crafts as well.  It isn’t totally up and running yet, but it is my goal to have it complete by Tuesday of this week.

But enough of beanies, and on to my video tutorial of my Party Panda Valentine Treat Box.  It has been awhile since I last created a video and it is amazing how out-of-practice I’ve become.  I made quite a few mistakes and one you might notice is…Well I’ll see if you can guess.  In spite of the error, the tutorial is still a good explanation of how to make this cute Valentine for your sweetie. So, I won’t be real hard on myself.  🙂

The Party Panda stamp set is a Sale-a-bration item and is yours FREE with any $50.00 purchase in my online store.  Just click on the link to shop on the right side of this page or on the link at the bottom of this post.

Hope you enjoy the video and you have fun making one of these cute little treat boxes for your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day.

Until next time…

Happy Stampin’

Oh So Succulent Coupon/Recipe Organizer

Hello Stampers!

I don’t remember when I was here last!  I’ve been really busy the last few weeks.  Don’t know what I have been busy with, but I’ve been busy…or maybe I should say unproductive!  :0)

I’ve had this project ready to share for a while.  I just never got around to producing the video, etc.  But it is finally done, and I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did.  I just love the Succulent Designer Series Paper and Oh So Succulent stamp set.  I fell in love the minute I saw them last November when I first go the Occasions Catalog.  I don’t know why I waited so long to order them.  Since seeing the stamp set and paper, I’ve created a succulent display on my front porch and one by the patio door inside the house.  It is ready to move outside as soon as the weather allows.  They are so easy to take care of!

This project started out as a coupon organizer for my purse, but it ended up being so cute that I decided it shouldn’t be hidden.  I changed it to a recipe organizer that can be left out on the kitchen counter.  It is up to you to decide how to use it.  I hope you enjoy it!

Until next time…

Happy Stamping!

Pop-Up Valentine in a Box

Hello Stampers!

Today I am sharing a video on how to make this special Valentine card for the special person in your life.  This one is for my husband…lucky guy!  🙂

What makes this Valentine so unique is it comes in a box, and when you remove the lid, the card pops up out of the box.

Decorated Liquid Hand Soap Bottle

Hello Stampers!

Today I am sharing a video for a great little gift idea for this Christmas.  I found these 13 oz. liquid hand soaps the last time I was in one of our local craft stores.  They were only 99 cents!  You can’t beat that!  I bought several and came up with a way to decorate them so I can hand them out at Christmas to those people who, you know, you don’t normally give anything to.  Every year I usually have one or two guests that I don’t normally have on Christmas day…someone is always alone at Christmas…and giving them a little inexpensive gift is just one of my ways to make them feel welcome.  Or, as I mention in the video, I used to give out little gifts to many of my co-workers for the holidays.  When you have a lot of co-workers, you can’t spend a lot of money.  These would make cute little gifts for something like that too.  You watch the video and then you decide what you want to do with these adorable little gifts.  I know some teachers that would appreciate one!  🙂

I only go over the decoration of one bottle in the video.  You can probably guess from the photos how I decorated the others.  I will list the supplies I used on ALL of the bottles, not just the one I do in the video.

If you click on the photo of one of the supply items at the bottom of this post, it will take you directly to my online store.  Or, you can just go ALL the way to the bottom of the post and click on the link to order everything you might need to make this gift, excluding the soap bottle.  🙂

Here you go, and I hope you enjoy!

Sorry, there is no printable tutorial for this one.  🙁

Until next time…

Happy Stamping!
