Hello Stampers,

In case you haven’t noticed, I have not been around for the past two months. I’ve been busy with a few things including some time for stamping. In March, my friend and I went to Houston for the most recent On Stage 2024 event and this past month my sister and brother-in-law visited, and we went to Puerto Vallarta for a week of ocean, sun, and sand…and a margarita here and there! 🙂 The weather was awesome, the food was delicioso, and the company was excellent! While we were there, Colorado got a little snow and had a few cold days, so it made the visit south even more worthwhile.

Before I left, I did manage to create a technique video using alcohol markers on acetate. It is a technique that was presented at On Stage that I personally had never seen before and I thought it was absolutely wonderful! It’s simply amazing how you can create various different backgrounds using this technique. So in keeping with the beach theme of my most recent vacation, I used Seaside Wishes stamp set and a few of the new in colors that will be available for purchase in the new Annual Catalog that goes live on May 1 (today)!
