Just got in from shoveling the 6″ worth of snow we got Thursday night and yesterday during the day. Six inches of snow isn’t a great deal by any account…not here in Colorado anyway. I understand the mountains got feet of snow in the last 24 hours. If you look at my hometown, which is Youngstown, Ohio and Colorado Springs, CO, where I have lived for the past 20 plus years, I think my hometown gets more snow than we do, if you don’t count what the mountains get. This was a heavy snow; my back can attest to that. And this snowstorm cause havoc on the roads yesterday, especially during the afternoon rush. One of the major roads through town was closed in spots according to the local news, because it was so slick. I am surprised more schools weren’t closed. Some didn’t even have a two-hour delay, which I thought was a little ridiculous! But I don’t make the decisions. I am just one of the peons that follows whatever the people at the top decides…usually. 🙂
The card I am sharing today features some really cool Occasions Catalog stuff like the Watercolor Wonders Designer Series Paper and the Hexagon Hive Thinlits Die. I think both are my new favorites.
