I have been blessed with the opportunity to have tree wonderful careers in my life. I was a U.S. Army officer (1980-1984), I am a middle school teacher (1997-present) and I am a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator (2007-present).

The story behind my demonstrator ship is a good one. A few years ago, a friend and co-worker asked me if I would be interested in attending a Stampin’ Up! workshop she was having in her home. My first response was “Not really, I already have enough crafts that I haven’t done in forever.” But once she convinced me there was no obligation to buy; just come and enjoy, I changed my mind. And am I ever glad I did. Not only did I enjoy myself that evening, I signed up then and have been demonstrating and stamping ever since! I love Stampin’ Up! because it challenges my creativity and gives me the opportunity to “do” one of my other passions which is teaching via the Stampin’ Up! workshop. I also love showing people how to create special memories for themselves, family and friends.

Another passion I have is writing.  What do expect from a Language Arts teacher?  I also hope to share some of my writing here.  I hope you enjoy my creations both on paper and with words.

I also have been blessed with a wonderful husband, Gary, and two awesome children. Jennifer is 28 and Christopher who is 26.
